We require 24 hours notice to reschedule, change or cancel your appointment. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No shows or cancellations with less than 5 hours notice will result in being charged 100% of the service booking. This amount will be charged to the credit card on file or applied to your next visit. FOR ALL PERMANENT MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS: Should you need to reschedule a permanent makeup appointment, please notify Michelle via text (253-259-7855) at least 5 days prior to your appointment time or your deposit will be forfeited. Failing to cancel a permanent makeup appointment with less than 48 hours of notice will result in a 50% charge of the original service price. Same day cancellation and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
