We require 24 hours notice to reschedule, change or cancel your appointment. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No shows or cancellations with less than 5 hours notice will result in being charged 100% of the service booking. This amount will be charged to the credit card on file or applied to your next visit.

Should you need to reschedule a permanent makeup appointment, please notify Michelle via text (253-259-7855) at least 5 days prior to your appointment time or your deposit will be forfeited. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may happen, and we will do our best to accommodate your reservation within the time scheduled if you are running late. However, there may be times when we will have to adjust your service if you are late to your appointment.

No guests allowed. Due to cross contamination and interruption, please DO NOT bring guests or pets to your appointment

Permanent makeup is NOT recommended for those who are/have any of the following:

• Under 18 years of age

• Pregnant or nursing

• Skin irritations, rashes, sunburn, moles, Eczema or Psoriasis near the eyebrow area.

• Prone to Keloid scarring

• Healing disorders

• Viral infections/diseases

• Hemophilia

• Epilepsy or seizures

• Pacemaker or major heart complications

• Received Botox 90 days prior to their appointment date

• Undergoing Chemotherapy

• Used Accutane within the last 12 months

• Please notify us if you have had any allergic reactions to topical anesthetics.
